Our bakery has its start in 2018 in a small house trailer in Central City, PA, that was repurposed to be a licensed commercial kitchen. At first, I was working only a few evenings a week (after finishing at my "real job") to bake orders. Since then, even though the facility itself hasn't changed, the production has and is now my full-time real job. We have expanded and grown from attending only a single farmers' market our first summer, to being in over 8 local stores (including two Giant Eagles) with more on the horizon. My husband Steve and my daughters Marianna and Meredith are tremendous helpers when they are available and enjoy attending festivals with me.

The bakery has always been 100% dedicated gluten free. Our goal is to bake delicious goodies gluten free that you can't believe it's not gluten! Even though we are not certified gluten free, we only use ingredients that are. We offer a few items that are also dairy free and/or egg free. We look forward to baking for you!
