As a chef and owner of Happy Valley Chef / Market Pizza, I'm driven by a passion for using locally sourced ingredients to craft delicious food that connects with the community. Growing up in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, a small town that has shaped me, I developed an eye for food at a young age. Throughout my journey, I've been fortunate to work under many talented chefs who have given me the foundation to create great cuisine. For me, food has always been about connection – it's an outlet that gives me the confidence to break barriers and plays a significant role in making people happy.
