Practices
We operate out of a fully licensed and inspected commercial kitchen; we feed our kombucha mothers organic and fair trade teas and organic evaporated cane juice; we feed our water kefir mothers organic evaporated cane juice; seasonally, we enjoy utilizing local fruits, roots, herbs.
